The vast majority of words that end in -en.

Neuter:

Nouns made from verb infinitives.
Words that end in -chen, -lein, -ma, -ment, -sel, -tel, -tum, and -um.
The vast majority of words that begin with Ge-.
Most metals.

Feminine:

The vast majority of nouns ending in -e.
Words ending in -a, -anz, -ei, -enz, -heit, -ie, -ik, -in, -keit,
-schaft, -sion, -tät, -tion, -ung, and -ur.
