Future plans with 会

The other use of 会 is to express what one is going to do in the future.

我六月初会去台湾.

I’m going to Taiwan in early June.

Note that it expresses things you’re definitely going to do. If you’re not quite sure about it, use 可能会 “might.”

他可能会买一个新电脑.

He might buy a new computer.
